Kvelertak is continuing to take Europe by storm on their “Krøterveg Te Helvete Tour” presenting their latest work, in the company of Cancer Bats as support. We were there at the Backstage venue in Munich, Germany last week!

When a legend like John Lydon comes to a venue near you with his almost as legendary band Public Image Ltd., you know you can’t miss out! And so did our photographer when they took over the stage at Ääniwalli in Helsinki with the support of local hardcore punk heroes Bob Malmström!

People at the Backstage venue in Munich were eager to see The Baboon Show play the songs of their new album ‘God Bless You All’ live, and we were not disappointed! What an energetic punk and rock ‘n’ roll show was that! Support came from the equally killer Spiders, both bands you need to go see live whenever you can!

Second day at an exciting edition of Alcatraz we had a very black metal heavy one with Gaerea, Taake and Belphegor, old school punk with The Exploited, gloomy industrial from Godflesh and one of Finland’s favorite bands Amorphis!

A true challenge for him, our photographer went to capture the performance art that is a live show of HIDE at Kuudes Linja in Helsinki a couple of months ago, with support from Keretik!

The Hickey Underworld is back! After a break of eight years, they are ready to slap you in the face once again with their quirky alternative rock music. We caught them at their show at Great Gigs in the Park in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium together with the space rock/psych punk of Penus and poetry reading from Johan Sebastiaan Stuer.

Belgian Asociality

Quite legendary punk and hardcore band Belgian Asociality still exists, and a couple of weeks ago they played in our very own Asgaard to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our organisation, with the support of Evil Pony’s and Klabanus!

Lists

Some of our most anticipated released for May 2021, warning: there is way more exciting music being released, this is only a small selection…

It wasn’t all bad in 2020. Although it seemed like that sometimes. An example are these awesome albums that were released this year. The bands couldn’t tour, but I’m sure they will the first moment they can. Enjoy!
