Album Reviews

Despised Icon’s ‘Purgatory’ is their usual perfect blend of hardcore, death metal and grindcore. It definitely holds a spot in my personal classics.

Nile took almost four years to create their ultimate sonic palette. More effectively than ever they raise the level of intensity to a higher degree, the modern take on quality death metal is successfully achieved here.

All thriller and no filler, Destruction kills it again with a modern yet classic thrash metal sound!

Vader simply understands how to employ the fierce tone of thrash metal and death metal together in one destructive blow.

Grand Magus’ “Wolf God” is an excellent album and in my opinion this might be their best effort to date.

With ‘I, the Mask’, you can expect the same sound as you are used to from In Flames. In great lines, they didn’t change the formula they use to make songs, through brought back some of that old school ‘Come Clarity’ era sound!

Overkill are still bloodthirsty and they never get old, their music is straightforward topped with tempos and classic thrash metal tunes.

In need of some technically typically djent. These French dudes from Kadinja are bringing us some technically djent that can compete with their bigger brothers in the genre.

NYHC legends Madball are back with a vengeance and bringing you a series of badass hardcore tracks “For The Cause”!

Doro is Doro and will always be Doro. In short: simple, but catchy.
