Album Reviews

‘Senjutsu’ is one of Iron Maiden’s heaviest and epic albums, a remarkable testimony to the quality and skills known only to the diehard Maiden fans.

The third full-length studio album from Fresno, California based outfit Haunt emphasizes further on complex melodies and guitar harmonies.

If Icarus Could Fly is another strong follow up to the band’s previous album, Haunt has legitimately contrived and persuasively managed to create their own sound without being musically close to any other band.

The roots of NWOBHM resonates throughout the whole album with zeal and passion.

Pounder’s debut full-length album is quite refreshing and the band has managed to bring some energizing tunes without emulating other bands.

Steve ‘N’ Seagull and their Grainsville album, can this bluegrass band and album really be the guilty pleasure of a metalhead?

Mongrel’s Cross sophomore album makes a larger and heavier approach towards blackened thrash metal and shows a good achievement.
