Finnish death metal outfit Disguised Malignance shared their new single ‘Unearthly Extinction’, from their debut album ‘Entering the Gateways’, set for release via Prosthetic Records at the end of this month!

Tuska unleashed the first batch of bands for the 2024 line-up and it seems they put their chips strongly on modern metal/metalcore with Bring Me The Horizon, Bloodred Hourglass, Bury Tomorrow, Make Them Suffer, Infected Rain and Fixation, proggy music with Opeth, Vola, Voyager and Riverside, and power metal with Alestorm, Angus McSix and Brothers Of Metal. And of course, festival regulars Amorphis and Stam1na belong to the party as well!

German folk outfit Faun made it all the way to Finland to turn Helsinki rock club Tavastia in a magical place filled with legendary tales and creatures dancing to their wonderful tunes. Lost Society brought with Balance Breach and Luna Kills a showcase of the future of the Finnish heavy music scene in front of a completely sold out and packed to the brim Tavastia in Helsinki!

Last month, the 6th edition of HKI SKEPU FEST took place in Helsinki to celebrate (skate) punk and everything surrounding that scene with on the first night bands like Critical Low, Glass Wipe, Malvina and Snuff!
