Album Reviews

Terrorizer’s latest album “Caustic Attack” has been out for some time, but we finally managed to get the review out.

This latest vigor from Drawn and Quartered proves that they are one of the consistent death metal acts that can evolve by time without neglecting the true sound of old school death metal!!

Ossuarium’s “Living Tomb” is an album that lives up to the hype. And can surely withstand the erosion of time and space, I would proudly place this album right beside Disma’s debut album “Towards the Megalith”.

The 13th Beast is still a fair album but flows into the typical level of extremity, this album could have been way better if the band considered to slow the pace and add more creative ideas into the songs.

Outer Heaven is a band that has the nature of shifting their musical soundscapes into a multi-spectrum of old school death metal.

The new Deicide album is literally filled with high octane performance combining catchy riffs, sharp solos and overwhelming signature growls of Glenn Benton.

Punishment in Flesh isn’t entirely a doom metal record, but its very well blended and draggy at the same time. If you like your death metal to be slow and crushing then check this album.

Passage of Existence is a fine technical death metal album where each track takes a natural course to build up and finally to shape into a growing beast of an album.

Jungle Rot might have found a new effective and systematic way of forming their style, and with this album they sound like a mean machine, and this machine has only one objective is to kill and to destroy!

One man death metal monster Engulf has unleashed another short but devastating EP, called ‘Gold and Rust’ . Prepare for 12 minutes of old school metal of death worship. Kneel at the altar of madness!
