GOST goes industrial with ‘Ligature Marks’

GOST‘s 2018 release ‘Possessor‘ was featured on my top ten albums last year. So naturally, I’m looking forward to his next release ‘Valediction‘, coming October 4th on Century Media Records.. In the meantime I must be content with the release of his latest video for the single ‘Ligature Marks‘.

Seems to me that GOST has opted for a more industrial approach in his music. Darkwave is still very much the prominent style here, but it packs more industrial electronics, whereas vocals alternate between deep new wave mumbles and high-pitch shrieks.
