There are a lot of festivals in a summer, but this is one of the smaller festivals I look forward to the most in a year. We saw a lot of bands during the Antwerp Metal Fest weekend and had lots of  fun, without further ado, lets take a look at what you came here for, shall we?

General

I really enjoyed the festival, per usual. However, I do wonder why there’s no second bar in the food court and ideally there’d be drinkable water at the toilets, I can imagine that costs a lot more but when it’s a very hot weekend it would be nice to have. I do love that the festival still seems to come from the passion of the organisation and not the drive to make a profit or have a big festival. It’s a smaller festival, but that doesn’t mean it’s any less fun. I also really like the fact that there are a lot of Belgian bands on the bill, they deserve their chances too. Keep up the great work Antwerp Metal Fest and see you next year!
