The Black Crowes are back on stages in summer 2024 with their ‘Happiness Bastards’ tour, named after their latest long-player album released earlier this year in March. Together with the Jim Jones All Stars as support act, they bring a detailed classic rock show on the stages. We are very happy to present you some impressions of their tour stop in Stuttgart, Germany last Thursday!
Music lovers were transported into a trance during King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard’s psychedelic rock adventure at Vorst Nationaal in Brussels. The Australian band, notorious for their energetic live shows and experimental sounds, took the audience on a whirlwind tour of genres, from garage rock to metal and funk. Support came from their countrymates of Grace Cummings.
Back in April on a very rainy day the gothic/country/blues group Me And That Man led by Nergal took over the seemingly sold out Korjaamo venue in Helsinki, flanked by the American rock ‘n’ roll group Frank The Baptist, turning it into one of the best shows our photographer has covered thusfar this year. Anneke van Giersbergen, the talented Dutch singer, guitarist and songwriter, has been captivating audiences with her unique blend of rock, metal, and folk music for quite some years. And she’s been on the road exploring new musical territories with her ‘Heavy Strings’ tour in 2024. Earlier this month we caught up with her at Stuttgart’s Theaterhaus where she presented metal and rock classics in a semi-classical arrangement.

Blind Channel with support from Lastout and Costee filled up Tampere’s Nokia Arena pretty well on 27th of April for the one Finnish tour date this spring. An event by Extra Large Music and Warner Music Live, adding a massive arena show to wrap things up before they moved on to the USA.
