Antwerp Metal Fest announce first names for 2019

Save the date for the 7th edition of Antwerp Metal Fest on May 31st and June 1st. The festival will be held for the first time at Fort Merksem and they’ve just announced the first names, not only consisting of Belgian bands, but also bands from the USA and Sweden.

The first 3 names for the Mainstage are Knocked Loose (hardcore – USA), Billy Bio (Hardcore – USA) and At The Gates (death metal – SE).
For the Marquee they announced Cruel Hand (hardcore punk – USA), Bütcher (speed, black and heavy metal – BE), Your Highness (stoner – BE), Kublai Khan (metalcore – USA), Furia (thrash, death and black metal – BE), Sons Of A Wanted Man (blackened post-metal – BE), Fractured Insanity (death metal – BE), Slaughter The Giant (melodic death and black metal – BE) and Caged Existence (metallic hardcore – USA).

The date is one month earlier than previous editions, a brand new location and a promising line-up with more bands to be announced. Early Eagle combi tickets are now temporarily available here.  Perhaps this could be the ideal Valentine’s gift?
