On April 29th of this year Nosta invited 3 humongous international bands to play on the ‘Sunday Punkrock Matinee’ in Opwijk. With a headliner like No Trigger you just know that all of the bands have to be tight as fuck!

These old school punk rockers from Massachusetts weren’t the only Americans on the bill. To support them they brought some friends from California in the form of Get Dead. These guys don’t just play tight. They’re friggin’ crazy as well! And as a special treat Not On Tour made their appearance as well. This female fronted band from Israel plays about 200 songs in a one hour set and they just blow the roof off of the venue.

Opening for these three giants were 2 awesome Belgian bands. Young Hearts has been thriving in the Belgian punk rock scene for quite some time and still guarantee a serious sound blow to the head while Boxing Day just started out, but shows a lot of potential. Mark my words.
