Austrian black metal project Antikvlt share new track ‘Red Light Suicide’

,

Antikvlt, a brand new Black Metal band from Austria is the brainchild by Chris “Marrok” Brauch (Anomalie, Harakiri for the Sky) who presents its debut full length album “A Revelation of Intoxication”, set for release on March 21st via Immortal Frost Productions, shared the second single ‘Red Light Suicide’:

On the record, Antikvlt leaves no stone unturned and takes you back to the core essence of how Black Metal should sound! Filthy, disgusting, hateful and with no remorse nor any kind of sympathy for political correctness and today’s bullshit!

The music itself delivers some outstanding compositions from old school black metal to even a proper dose of Black ‘n’ Roll vibes. Mid-tempo drums blast themselves through the record accompanied by some furious rhythm -and bass guitars who give you that pumping headbang sound that makes you want smash your head into a wall. The lead guitars offer some dissonating melodies to even a few solo parts here and there. The vocals are raw and raspy and work outstanding in combination with the overall sound of the instruments.

Marrok has written a record with a sole purpose! Showing the true colours of how Black Metal should sound and it’s fair to say that he has succeeded in his endeavour. He delivered an amazing piece of music as his debut album, an album that will without a doubt be appreciated among the fans of Old School Black Metal & Black ‘n’ Roll.
