2024 brings the 5th album by Belgian Krautrockers MOTOR!K: “5”. As always, this band keeps evolving and exploring new musical horizons while maintaining their signature sound: hypnotic bass lines, pounding drums and repetitive, yet melodic guitar lines combined with heavy fx-laden guitars. Think NEU! meets WIRE.

Guitarist/synthesist Joeri Dobbeleir, also the song composer in MOTOR!K, together with Dirk Ivens – Guitar / FX and drummer Dries D’Hollander took their craft to a next level: post-punk and techno influences are melted into a 6-track sonic experience.

When you join in MOTOR!K‘s live experience you get indulged into a vortex of heavy psychedelic krautrock and hypnotic visuals, like past gigs at Roadburn, DesertFest and more proved.
